Lived in DeKalb County, Georgia. Reared two children (probably more). The West family was born in Ireland and came to America circa 1800. We think he had three brothers who all settled in different areas. He moved to DeKalb County soon after the Indian Cession of 1820 that opend that territory for English Settlement.
